Office Meditation Workshops
Give your team an opportunity to pause, recharge, and reset. These 20-minute experiences help reduce stress, improve focus, and encourage productivity throughout the workday. Sessions are ideal for lunch breaks, wellness initiatives, or team events and can be scheduled on a recurring basis. Optional individual energy healing may also be available following each session.
